If you would like to reserve an Electric Touring Pitch at Windy Harbour, you can now do so by completing the following form. An electric pitch booking is for a hardstanding pitch for your touring caravan, motorcaravan or a fold out trailer tent, for up to four people. There are nominal charges for addional persons (over and above the included four), awning spaces, if you want to bring a dog or an additional car. These added or amended in the process.

because you take the time to complete the information in advance, we are able to prepare a pre-arrival pack for you, so all you have to do is arrive at reception and collect it!
Completing the information is quick and simple, and should take around 5 minutes. During the process, we will ask you for a daytime telephone number to call you on, and you can specify the time frame for this call at your convenience. During this call, we will take payment for the booking, with either a Debit or Credit Card. Please note, we are only able to offer this facility to those customers who can pay using either of those methods.

Windy Harbour Holiday Park - Conditions of Booking:
Only bookings from family groups and couples only, no single-sex parties or groups of unaccompanied teenagers are accepted.
1 - Arrivals
New arrivals must report to the Reception
Office or if closed to the security / warden (where available). No caravan / tent is to be sited or occupied until booked in. If arriving after 7pm, previous notification to be given in writing.
2- Pets
Pets are NOT permitted in any caravan or tent and visitors dogs are not allowed on any Park. However, one pet may be allowed in tourers at Windy Harbour at the discretion of the Park Management. Where a pet is allowed, there is a charge of £2.00 per night. Please note: At Windy Harbour, there are some privately owned holiday homes and owners may have pets.
3 - Security
For security purposed, please keep your caravan locked and ensure that a hitch lock is fitted. Whilst every care is taken, the management will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle, however caused.
4 - Booking In
Booking in at the Reception Office is taken as your acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the Centres.
5 - Electric
No electric will be switched on after office hours.
6 - Refusal of Bookings
The Company reserve the right to refuse any booking application or terminate any holiday during its duration, particularly in the instance of behavior detrimental to the interests of other holiday makers.
7 - Liability
The Company shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
8 - Inclement Weather
No refunds will be given as a result of inclement weather.
